Tawny Coffman

Office Manager/Registered Dental Hygienist

Tawny Coffman is a Registered Dental Hygienist  and  Office Manager . She provides a variety of services for our patients such as; dental cleanings, laser-assisted periodontal therapy, sealants, and more. Tawny graduated from Mohave Community College's Dental Hygiene Program in May of 2010 with her Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene. Tawny has her Bachelors of Science in dental Hygiene and a Masters in Education both from NAU.  Tawny is also laser certified by Biolase.

Tawny is originally from Moorpark, California. She moved to Kingman, Arizona 23 years ago and now calls Kingman home. She has a daughter Gaje that is 18 and a son James that is 17. She has been with her husband since high school and they have been happily married for almost 20 years!

Sylvie Woods

Registered Dental Hygienist

Sylvie Woods is  a Registered Dental Hygienist, she graduated from Northern Arizona University in 2021 with a Bachelor of Science in Dental Hygiene. She is laser, nitrous and local anesthesia certified.

 Sylvie is a Kingman Native. Leaving for a few years for her studies, but ultimately returning to serve this beautiful city she loves. Sylvie has two dogs that keep her outdoors and active daily. 

Kelli Hepner

Sterilization Technician

Kelli is our Sterilization Technician. She is responsible for a ton of very important stuff around the office.  We appreciate all her hard work in maintaining our office and keeping this going. Kelli joined our team at Family Dentistry by Design in 2021.

Kelli is originally from Seattle Washington but moved here to Kingman in 2003. She enjoys the outdoors, riding with her husband Ron in their side-by-side and spending time with her family and grandchildren.

Jacqueline Mejia

Dental Assistant

Jacqueline or "Jacqui" for short is the newest team member to Family Dentistry by Design, she has been here a year with us and has been the missing piece this team needed. She is a great Assistant and is still currently going to school in dreams of becoming a Dental Hygienist. She graduated from the MCC Dental Assisting Program in 2023 and has been steadfast with her studies hoping to apply to the Hygiene program soon.

Meri Gaudio

Meri is newer to our dental team but certainly not new to dental. She started in the dental field in 1985 and has been in it ever since. Meri moved here to the area in 2005 with her husband Joseph, together they enjoy the great outdoors and have a love for all animals. Meri was born in Saigon Vietnam and fun fact was the first Vietnamese baby adopted from Saigon and brought to the United States. Meri was adopted by an American military family (Airforce) who already had 3 sons and wanted to add a daughter. Meri's citizenship and Naturalization papers were signed by President Richard Nixon.

Ravn Hervey

Ravn was born in Kingman Arizona, she has lived outside of the area but her husband brought her back into the city limits. Ravn has been married to her husband for 5 years and has two beautiful boys that are 5 and 3. Ravn loves all things desert and enjoys going to Glamis with her Family that loves the dunes just as much as her. She is currently in classes to finish her billing and coding and will graduate 2025.
